rearranging the deckchairs

I went for a walk through Dock Park after work tonight. There was a very chilly wind, which has now picked up and is roaring through the trees around our house :-( 

This is the bandstand which has been refurbished in recent years. The Samba Sisters will be playing here at 3pm on Saturday 11th December as part of "Christmas at the Park". Hopefully the weather will be kind to us that day. To the left of the bandstand, you can see the memorial to two local men lost on the Titanic.

It was a busy day in the cafe today and we had an interesting time rearranging all the seating :-)
