Frustrating day

Very light traffic so I made it to work very quickly. Started the day by hanging up a boxful of donated golfing jackets - a great gift for teenage boys.

Our anticipated Amazon delivery didn’t appear due I suspect to the blockade of the distribution centre by Extinction Rebellion. Hopefully Monday!

We managed to find a few things for the volunteers to do and we’re able to send them home just after 3. Probably for the best given the weather warnings in place on the east coast of Scotland.

As I’m typing this, the wind is howling and the rain is battering off the windows. I’m not looking forward to the last dog walk. Mr PHL is on a rare night out so it’s my turn to be out late.
