Birthday Girls (with babies!)

This photograph was taken a couple of weeks ago, out on Vancouver Island (not by me!) but i wanted to use it to mark my twin daughters, Morgan (on the left with Owen) and Bronwyn (on the right with Brighson) 33rd birthday!

Had a lovely video chat with Bronwyn and Brighson this morning, and will have one with Morgan in a few hours!   So hard to believe they are now mothers!

I've also decided to change my title as Grandmother!   Non of the traditional titles felt right...Granny....conjures up images of little old ladies with aprons and stockings rolled down to their ankles.....and even altho i loved my Gran (my mother's mom) with all my heart, she was a little old lady, albeit totally adorable!  Nana is already claimed, but even that name conjures up images of my Nana (my Dad's mom) and she was a very stern and somewhat cranky old woman....i'm sure i loved her as a baby, but don't remember much about her!   My Gran lived with us when i was about 12 years old till i was about 14....so i knew her much better.   So, I've decided on GeeGee......we tried it out on Brighson and he said it right back to me...so it's a done deal as far as i'm concerned!
