Random act of kindness

Today I went to pick up a Christmas tree for a friend. They couldn’t go and get it, so I did instead. I’d like to say that it made me feel a bit festive, but the howling gales and driving rain of Storm Arwen put paid to that!
By 6pm, 12 hours before it is supposed to get really bad, a huge tree had crashed down outside St Pierre Park hotel. Right across one of the main roads on the island, at rush hour!
