I met a superman!

Quite healthy portion?

Backblipping a bit more, to tell how I visited a new physiotheapist today. He is talented in making personally shaped insoles and my daughter has gained a big help from him already.

He took a long while in examing my walking in a corridor with or without shoes. And he examined my feet thoroughly. In the blip you can see how I walk... He was so surprised, that nobody had helped me and told about help of insoles - even not the so called specialists, that I had met this far.

I guess usin supports of your own muscles to keep up your health is in nearly a religious thing among physiotheapists.

Finally he promised to help my walking with personal insoles. And he treated my back manually and opened a couple of locked joints in my neck too. Feeling a lot lighter as I came out - and I guess my walking will be better and lighter after having those insoles!
