Succession Planting

For once the succession planting is working. These are Little Gem lettuces planted up to a week apart. On the left the first planted are beginning to heart, the second are still quite open, the third and fourth are more recent. All these plants are from one sowing. In front are the second sowing of seedlings. Another three plants can be planted and another lot of seed should be sown.

I did exactly the same with the pak choi, four different plantings, and they all bolted, without me getting so much as a taste.
