Nachos and Scorpion

Nachos and a scorpion shot (Cenote Reposado tequila served with a vodka soaked and de-stingered scorpion).

Yes, I ate the scorpion. It joins crickets and meal worms on the list of bugs I have (knowingly, intentionally) eaten. It is my first arachnid, which is a new level of creepy. This admittedly gimmicky delicacy (indelicacy, perhaps?) was from Nacho Daddy just off the Fremont Street strip in downtown Las Vegas.
