Went home

It's been a long time since I returned to camberley, had a drive around the old houses, schools, even work places Have to say doesn't feel like home any more so I guess it's the last time I will visit most things are still as I remember them but lots in between have changed

This was the house I had the happiest childhood memories of, although it looks similar and as big as I remember it sadly it's converted to flats now and the lovely home and gardens my mum and dad created here are well and truly gone loosing all it's wonderful Victorian feel and charm. I guess it's not always a good idea to look back but just keep the memories . .
I've still got Cornwall to visit to feel like I belong somewhere, although never lived there certainly the happy family holidays there give that happy times feel. Specially when I visit my lovely sister and of course the beaches of st Ives
