Poinsettia

Our oldest stopped in for a brief visit tonight and she brought a lovely poinsettia and some get well cards made by the grandkids. Very cold and windy today so I am happy that I can’t go out anyways. I ordered the last Christmas gift that I needed and there was a Black Friday deal on the website so that was a nice surprise.  One more birthday gift to order and I am done. Having surgery in November is good motivation for getting the Christmas Shopping done early and the birthday shopping for the six family members who have birthdays in December. I am also thankful that hubby is able to cook dinner while I recuperate.
