Feeding Time

A golden hour shot of the mute swans eagerly queueing up for their evening feed at WWT Slimbridge. Yes, we're here a fair bit at the moment. It was very cold and very, very windy and the place was fairly empty of humans. 

Storm Arwen passed a little to the north of us, but even so the fence between our house and our neighbours has fallen over, and the chances of any remaining autumn colour at Westonbirt have to have been drastically impacted. I liked the arc of the seed, which caught the setting sunlight.
