Tufted Ducks

Saturday morning walk around Kilmardinny Loch. Following the strong winds of last night’s storm, it was a bright but chilly morning. Lovely to see a group of 13 tufted ducks, a mix of black and white males and brown females, more than I have ever seen together in one place before. 
The males always look a bit angry!
