Day off

Had the day off as we needed to get one of the cars to the garage in Exeter for a service.

We had some time to kill whilst waiting for it, but it was not a good day to be in Exeter. I hadn’t realised it was Black Friday until I saw just how busy the town centre was.

We had an early lunch at the Botanist before everywhere filled up and then we picked the car up and headed straight home to escape the manic crowds.

The weather was awful, torrential showers, but thankfully the worst of them hit us when we were in the car and not on foot
