Winter wonderland
Wild night and morning, even though we were sheltered below the ridge and wooded folds of the Brown Clee hill.
A covering of snow had fallen and the thermometer showed 1 degree Celsius however it felt much lower with quite a vicious wind chill. I traveled back home from Shropshire to Devon via Hereford and the Wye valley, steadily squeezing past several fallen trees and an abundance of smaller branches plus several cars perched on hedges and in ditches.
Visiting auntie in NDD hospital en route was a tad emotional, still in a confused state on and off. Who knows what lies ahead, stay safe and warm everyone.
