Blowin in the wind...

Despite waking up to a heavy frost covering the Brabant Wallon region, we took the train to the Belgian coast as planned this morning.

After a light lunch sheltered from the elements, we walked along the beach at De Haan northwards into a stiff north wind, before sunning ourselves in a sheltered spot in the dunes and heading back along the sea front.

The colours here caught my eye and the wind-sock shows the strength of the breeze.
