Yellow & Crunchy!

First thing this morning the sun was out, the skies were blue and everything was frozen. I waited until about 10 before heading out. I had a very crunchy walk around the reservoir (thank goodness for ice grips for boots) which was lovely. As I got back to my car, the snow started to fall again and it's still falling...The feeders at the res were very busy & great to see these stunning yellowhammers. This is one of them.
