Winter ready

Another very cold day with some sunshine and no rain.

I had a little trip out and passed the road salt store in the north of Buckinghamshire. 

My purpose was to buy a replacement apple tree, bare rooted, and ready to plant tomorrow. We decided on a Bramley Seedling as the keeping quality of the apples is highly rated.
