I Can Do It In The Mix

I said goodbye to my old reliable hand mixer today.   It finally ground to a halt halfway through making red velvet cupcakes.  I've had a swanky stand mixer (gave it away), have a food processor at the back of the cupboard and yet this little device was my go-to.  Easy to use, easy to clean and (more importantly) so easy to get back in the cupboard in its little box.  I've had it around 20 years, it was definitely sub-£10 when I bought it so it owed me nothing.  Still, I'm sorry to see it go.
