Snowy scene

I went for my booster jab this morning, then we carried on to see Alison in her lovely new home, a beautiful cottage in Witherslack.
She made us cheese scones and soup then we took Pepper up through the woods to look at the amazing snow scene. We could see across to Ingleborough, and the Lake District Fells all covered in snow.
As we got home the snow was freezing underfoot, all quite a surprise but I expect it will be gone by morning.
