Clearing up

Another bright and cold day.
I was at church this morning and on the way home came one route I knew I wouldn't be able to get through because of the fallen tree as we wanted to see where it was (the diversion was minimal to get round the blockage) and there were workmen clearing up.
Early afternoon I went for a short run to inspect the damage at the ponds and then to see how the clearing up process was going along the road. As you can see they were getting on well (the extra shows the laden trailer) and on my return they were finishing clearing the road. It was 3 beech trees that had come down from a bank I often run along.
I wasn't in long when son and family arrived to exchange birthday presents for Tuesday (Mr Rat and d-in-law share a birthday) and we had to play a railway game, I didn't win.
This evening we joined an online service for a Christian organisation in Dundee.
