Another Euan Adventure

I can feel another Euan Adventure book coming on.....

We spent much of the day at the Wildlife Park where Euan would have happily watched the penguins in their pool for hours, but the grown-ups persuaded him to come and see the bats and the snakes and the rhinos and the camels and the giraffes and all manner of other animals.

When it grew too cold to stay outside we enjoyed a very yummy lunch in the cafe and spent a last hour in the playground before home.  We paused awhile at home to warm up and have a snack and then it was out again for Euan to collect his first Christmas tree, and there were even a few magical flakes of snow as he helped pull the tree through the bagging machine.  

Before dinner there was just time to decorate the tree and see if the lights worked.  What a fun-filled day!
