Deer In Dappled Light

I could tell from Ollie dog's low slung gait this morning that something interesting was round the corner on the south bank of the lake. A pair of fallow deer. I knew they'd been around as I'd seen their tracks. One of the does has the typical greyish winter coat and the other has the dark melanistic pelage.
