Wood chip

The park rangers have been very busy chopping down trees, with some handy chipping piles that I'm sure are not there for children to play on. But they had much fun running up them, digging in them and then also planting a pretend flag in one. The boys had to be convinced to keep going to the play park, which didn't disappoint when they got there. 

I tried a new recipe this evening, slow roast lamb, French style (which jn mu book is ways a good thing). Went down very well and declared a keeper .

Today I'm grateful for:
Watching the husband help the eldest with his homework, so patient and he was rewarded by the eldest working eally hard 
'Jarbola's' ready for tomorrow (decorated jam jars full to treats)
Parents what's app group reminding me it's a no uniform day (if you can ever be grateful for a parents what's app...)
