Shattered

Another guest blip from my youngest.

Both of our girls are back at school.  Our oldest flew home yesterday and our youngest went back today.  She rode the train back to Chicago with her roommate and when they got to their apartment they found the top of their washing machine shattered. We got this pic in a text and since I really had no pics for today, I slid her in as a holiday weekend substitute. ;-)

She seems to think it was caused by some jackhammering in the alley behind the apartment over the weekend.  I looked up the part and it's $300!  The landlord will assess the situation tomorrow.
