No snow as yet but there was a frost first thing but the sun soon melted it

I had the dentist first thing fir the first time in 2 years and good report and he said i need a yearly vist so my next one is the beginning of December next year

Then sneaked a cuppa and a tea cake on the seafront and when i was sat there two people from keiths running club came and joined me i have not seen them in ages so we haf a good catch up.
