G & I had a long lie in this morning.......well longer than usual for a working day! G took the day off but I was working today.

I got tonnes done as I got ZERO e-mails :-)

I have decided to make my own pasta tonight to go with a bolognese sauce I made last week. It is sitting at room temperature just now in oiled cling film and should be ready for rolling out in about 5 mins.....
