Specs...

I put my specs on today to drive home... they're just uncomfortable now rather than painful which is progress. They leave an indent right on top of my scar and it sort of runs the opposite way to the scar making it a whole lot more obvious when I take them off. My solution for the indent is to wear my specs a little further down my nose but I fear I may just spend the day looking a bit saucy. It'll only be obvious to me of course, everyone else will be so wowed by my fabulous new hairdo I'm betting that no-one will notice that either that they won't even see my scar. Maybe I'll go with a spectacular cleavage just to make sure. *grins*

Back to work tomorrow... I envisage a busy day catching up with everything that's piled up in my absence. I'm ready to go back now, I haven't taken any painkillers yesterday or today and although I can still feel it, it's more just weird now than sore. My face swells up in the night so I look like I'm hungover or been in a fight first thing in the morning, I'm still taking arnica so I'm hoping that will help. I'm also hoping that my rosy cheek that's now on my nose will calm down a bit else I'm going to have to buy some blusher to even the other side up!

No more SP's from me for a while... I promise!
