Sunset walk

This was the mouth of the Cuckmere River late this afternoon.... so calm and tranquil. Extra, same in mono. I had a wonderful hike back to Seaford along the river and coast after R dropped me off. I saw a heron, lots of geese, an egret and a swan flew over me!
Today was bright and sunny but very cold. Last art class of the term - designing and painting a Christmas card ( not impressed with my attempt!). I had a sports physio appt this afternoon to address the tightness in my back/hips, which was positive with strengthening exercises and stretches to do and going back on Thurs.
