So cold

We left home this morning planning a nice drive to North Wales stopping in Llangollen for lunch. Plans all went to pot when we had a tyre pressure warning on the jeep and the first garage we called at didn’t have a working air machine. We pressed on and got it sorted about twenty mile further on. Weather slowed us down and a stop was required well before Llangollen so we stopped at a Starbucks. Raining when we got to Llangollen so we didn’t stop. Called in at farm shop and cafe a couple of miles before journey end as we were too early. The place is lovely but a lot bigger than it looked on the photos and it is freezing. It has under floor heating but the floor is cold, we have all the portable heaters and the stove on and we are still sat with hats on, and blanket round my shoulders. I am used to arriving at a cold cottage but this is uncomfortable.
