Lost Horizon

I didn't quite make it to Shangri-la, but I did spend the day in a local hot spot.
Thanks again to the wonderful staff at Guys Hospital for cycle two of my treatment. Tough, but we got there.
Mrs S escorted me home (she is such a star). Thanks again to my splendid sister-in-law for picking us up from the station.
