Jurassic Wall

Noticed the stone slabs on the outside of the new wing at Broadcasting House were not smooth like the old building but spotted and mottled. On closer inspection the Portland stone is studded with the imprints of fossils. I find this rather exciting. I'm looking at outlines of shells that are probably millions of years old.
