Notes: Up very early again and couldn't go back to sleep - cold morning. Al called around 745a about going for groceries. Got there around 9a, didn't feel like going out at all and 2 bags down to car brought immediate back tightening. Being in the car for almost half hour each way and carrying his groceries didn't help. He's in a foul mood and was glad to get out of there. Quiet rest of the day inside and resting, did some light back stretches late afternoon and seemed ok. Starting to pack things up ... again.
