Winter Waters

… of the Gouille are now 9*C, air temperature  this morning was -1*C. It was a nippy swim but getting out was torture! At least it wasn’t snowing. We go twice a week just staying in 1 minute per degree of water temperature. Laughing a lot seems to be one of the reactions and it is amazing to be able to carry out a conversation whilst swimming. Fortunately it is just a 10 minute drive home to a hot bath (not recommended in the literature, whoops!) lots of sun salutations and cups of hot tea. Come and join us!
