An unlucky New Yorker

The unlucky person is not pictured here, because he (or she) was elsewhere at the time, shopping or lunching or whatever. But that oblivious car-owner was at this very moment in the process of getting a parking ticket from the local traffic police. As an inveterate user of public transportation in New York, I couldn’t help feeling a shiver of Schadenfreude as I snapped the blip.
