Self portrait with R72 IR filter

Nor sure infrared photography is for me. Does reduce the contrast and make the pictures look ghostly and the false colour are interesting - although not tried yet.

Focus is difficult as slightly different place - but can be compensated for by using a smaller aperture.

This was with off camera flash - R72 reduces light transmission by 8-10 stops!

It’s also not really infrared as the filter on the dslr stops the non visible infrared, but ho hum !
