Winter sunset
After yesterdays tumbles I felt rather stiff and achy today - particularly at the top of my spine - I also had a bit of a headache. I took another lateral flow test just in case it was the first symptoms of Covid, but it was fortunately negative.
The day was spent report writing and in Zoom meetings, meaning that I missed a gloriously frosty morning. By late afternoon I was feeling the need for fresh air, and had a dusk walk round the lakes at Ferry Meadows. It felt really wintry - definitely nose-tingling and with ice on Lynch Lake - but my headache cleared almost as soon as I was out in the cold. And I was able to appreciate the sunset even though I missed the sunrise!
