Waiting

A day inside. No swim as most of the day interviewing. Only 3 candidates but close so took a while to make a decision. I did the follow up and then spent almost 2 hours on hold to HSBC. This is the third time I've spent ages waiting for someone to answer but I complained and got £100 compensation (original offer was £40!). It was work so not my money but this is not customer service.

Catch up call to J and then had sausages (not haggis) for tea. Untangled and watched TV. I feel for these people in the NE who still have no electricity. I can't begin to imagine how hard that must be.

Outside I think it was warmer but I could see, and hear, it was wet.
