Paddle Board lesson

I could hear the screams before I saw this group of high school paddle boarders. When they fell into the water it must have been very cold. Despite that, Frida had 2 lovely swims on another stunning day.
Had an amazing day with my sister- we still haven’t stopped talking and sharing memories. A very special time.
