The first day of summer

We started the day with an enjoyable cycle ride around the waterfront and back.  The sea was calm, people were out cycling, walking, jogging, swimming and on their paddle boards.  Wonderful!

Somehow, the day just disappeared and at 4pm I realised I didn’t have a blip. So, out to the garden I went and took a photo of the pot of Pelargoniums near the front entrance and some Easter Lilies (according to Mr Google) in the garden.  Methinks their internal clock needs a reset.

It’s Day 22 of Level 3 Step 2, and there are 146 new community cases - 124 in Auckland,  14 in the Waikato, 4 in the Bay of Plenty and 4 in the Nelson-Tasman area.
