Rindsrouladen

No Sunday roast but a German classic today - very thin beef covered with a layer of mustard chopped onions, layer of bacon and rolled up with gherkins in the middle. Cooked in rich thick sauce & served with boiled potatoes & red cabbage.

Recipe in English, every household has it's own variation, Angie goes for a more tomato, paprika sauce.
