Wednesday

Got out of bed around 1pm. I  have definitely got addicted to my sleeping tablets. I can't sleep at all if I don't take one , but they are making me sleep away the morning, which I'm not bothered about as it cuts the day in half but I know it's not good to be addicted. 

Stomach really upset today, so was  a bit wary to go out, but I had to go get my meds (chemist hadn't made them up so got to go back tomorrow) then therapy. Ended up needing to go back home , then driving to therapy and was 15mins late. Spotted the sunset reflected in the vans window.
