Waiting to watch Giselle

So Carys saw the physio today. All good. She's pleased at how well Carys has maintained in the last ten weeks. She needs to work on her VMO and calf strength but that's as expected. Foot strength is good. C can go back to class for 3-4 barre exercises, on the flat. 1/4 rises separately and she has a long list of home exercises. Carys is a happy girl.

Giselle is not my favourite ballet, but we did see the dream team of Marianela and Vadim so all was good. Surprised at how few wore masks despite the repeated requests over the PA system to do so.
