Wandering Journalist

Not to far from my after-in-law's tomb there is a tomb of locally famous journalist nicknamed "wandering journalist". In front of his tomb is marble bench which is quite unusual at least here. There is a sign saying "0.3 km" but I couldn't guess what it means.
