Avoch castle
The site of 12c Avoch castle (later called Ormond castle) on a commanding hill overlooking Avoch and the Moray Firth.
Now just a grassy hillock, with the occasional stone hinting as to it's fortress past, the castle was supposedly quarried for stone used for building Cromwell's new castle in Inverness and has left nothing standing.
