Between two Showers

A few gaps appeared in the clouds, just as I drove to my mother's house this afternoon. It was lovely to see the sun, however briefly, and I used one of the dry spells to take another photo in my Hessbachtal series.
It’s probably the last panorama of the little Taunus valley.  Next year I plan to find another spot for a series of landscape photos.

When I left my mother and her carer after coffee with old friends, it was dark and (at -2 degrees C), snow had begun to fall, as you can see in the extra. On my way home, the snow changed back to light rain - our default weather setting these days.
