Lack of imagination blip!

A good day though - met up with Hildasrose, Rob, Loosecanon and Technophobe for brunch, which included much discussion of past health secretaries (largely non-complimentary) choirs (largely positive) and arrangements to see each others choirs performing. We met at The Farm - where everyone enjoyed their choice of brunch and there were no problems dealing with gluten or dairy free .... so we'll probably be returning.
I saw my Osteopath and we collected a few maps of the Christmas Tree Trail.  There are 265 plus a few late entries and we managed to find some of the close to home ones.  Apollo 11 clearly popular, but there are some imaginative takes on the invention of the wellington boot, Vesuvius erupting onto Pompeii, the start of MTV and so-on.

No great blip inspiration in daylight so I have borrowed one of Gill's gifts and applied some fartnarkling.

Not sure if I should say/think/write this but so far we seem to have avoided the worst excesses of Christmas commercialism :-)
