Work hard, be good, have fun

Board games in the local bookshop / coffee shop and cocktails tonight. A good riposte to the sheer madness of another working day in the NHS. We played carcassone with two really friendly young women, but you do wonder if you bore young people with your conversation. I think we were the only people there over thirty.

TSM did not have a great day for various reasons. We were both glad to get to bedtime.

I think the time to go full eccentric and DGAF in old age might have arrived. It’s either that or just get boring …
