mental health is a Human Right

Why are people willing to send buckets of money to Wall Street but refuse to help Main Street? I was sitting in the cab of the truck waiting for a customer when I saw this woman pushing a shopping cart down the street. All of a sudden she pushed the cart to the curb and started to have a conversation with herself. Some arguing, some colorful words, a whole lot of body sway, fist pumping...  then she stopped, walked back to the cart, and kept going down the street..

I have no idea her story, why she ended up this way, why... she was somebodies daughter though.. and nobody deserves to end up on the street like this - because they can't afford care..
