Buddha's Hand

Fingered Citron is a strangely shaped, deliciously fragrant variety of citrus. The little claws on the right hopefully will develop into long-fingered bright yellow hands. They are all rind and pith, unlike the juicy oranges and lemons we are more familiar with.  The fruit can be made into jam, candied, or used to flavor sugar and salt. It smells a little like vanilla.
