Titanic Belfast.
Had an early start this morning as Mum, Dad and I were booked into the 9.40 slot, for a tour of Titanic Belfast. It was amazing! The building cost an absolute fortune to build, but IMHO it was totally worth it. You begin by walking through "Belfast" during the Industrial Revolution, moving on to Harland and Wolff shipyard, the Titanic Drawings rooms, then on to the ship's journey, from the building of it, to the inquest after the sinking. Such an amazing building and an amazing exhibition. At the end of the exhibition, there's a small section with costumes from the movie, here are Leo and Kate's (Jack and Rose's). It was really cool, being able to see them.
After our Titanic Experience, I went to Becca's. Caroline came to meet us and we went to Dobbies. We got tons of Easter bargains and just had a nice wee afternoon. Sadly by the time we'd finished our shopping, it was time for me to go to work, on the plus side, double time. :)
Off to Donegal from tomorrow to Friday, so I might be a bit behind in my blips over the next few days. Happy Easter everyone.
Steph.
