War Horse

Todays blip has a bit of a boy's own feel. I was walking on Dartmoor this morning when I heard the noise from a helicopter flying very low behind the trees. Just as it came into sight I pointed my camera and just managed to get this shot as it banked and flew away. Unfortunately the sky in the original was uniformly grey and uninteresting so I combined my photo with a late afternoon sky that I took a couple of weeks ago. Although not perfect, the resulting composite image  does produce a dramatic effect.
